Assisted Living Court Receiver: Have Us Appointed to Your Case

Judge Appointed Assisted Living Court Receiver

Judges often leave the recommendation of an Assisted Living Court Receiver up to the legal counsel. But there are sometimes when judges recommend Receivership Specialists as the Court Receiver to an action involving nursing home facilities or other similar businesses.

If you are an owner, partner, or investor in an assisted living or nursing home facility, you may have the opportunity to request the appointment of Receivership Specialists as the Court Receiver to the case.  This request must be made by your attorney via the moving papers or at the court hearing for the appointment of a Court Receiver.

Client Requested Assisted Living Court Receiver

Under certain circumstances, you can have a Court Receiver or an Attorney who represents Receivership Specialists at the hearing for the appointment of the Court Receiver.

If requested, a representative of Receivership Specialists can be available to attend the appointment hearing and share our qualifications and experience with the parties involved in the case and with the Judge.
